PROTOKÓŁ między Rządem Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej a Rządem Królestwa Kambodży o zmianie Umowy między Rządem Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej a Rządem królestwa kambodży w sprawie uregulowania zadłużenia królestwa kambodży wobec Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej, podpisanej w Phnom Penh dnia 30 maja 2013 r., podpisany w Phnom Penh dnia 24 kwietnia 2014 r.
Rząd Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej i Rząd Królestwa Kambodży, zwane dalej „Stronami”, pragnąc zawrzeć Protokół o zmianie Umowy między Rządem Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej a Rządem Królestwa Kambodży w sprawie uregulowania zadłużenia Królestwa Kambodży wobec Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej, podpisanej w Phnom Penh dnia 30 maja 2013 r. (zwanej dalej „Umową”),
uzgodniły, co następuje:
ARTYKUŁ 1
Artykuł 5 Umowy otrzymuje następujące brzmienie:
„1. Prace konserwatorskie, określone w Artykule 4 punkt 1, będą wykonywane w latach 20142016 przez wyspecjalizowane polskie przedsiębiorstwa.
2. Ministerstwo Pałacu Królewskiego Królestwa Kambodży będzie pełniło rolę agencji wykonawczej projektu. Agencja wykonawcza projektu, nie później niż do dnia 31 sierpnia 2014 r., podpisze z wyspecjalizowanym polskim przedsiębiorstwem lub przedsiębiorstwami odrębny kontrakt określający szczegóły dotyczące zakresu prac, terminów dostaw towarów i usług oraz harmonogram płatności.”
ARTYKUŁ 2
Protokół wchodzi w życie z dniem podpisania i pozostaje w mocy do czasu całkowitego wykonania przez Strony wszystkich jego postanowień.
Pozostałe postanowienia Umowy nie ulegają zmianie.
Podpisano wTWPfi.^W.H.... w dniu dwóch oryginalnych egzemplarzach, każdy
w językach polskim, khmerskim i angielskim, przy czym wszystkie teksty mają jednakową moc.
W przypadku rozbieżności przy interpretacji niniejszego Protokołu za rozstrzygający będzie uważany tekst angielski.

amending the Agreement between the Goyerament of the Republic of Poland and the Goyerament of the Kingdom of Cambodia on the settlement of the debt of the Kingdom of Cambodia towards the Republic of Poland, signed in Phnom Penh on May 30,2013
The Govemment of the Republic of Poland and the Govemment of the Kingdom of Cambodia, hereinafter referred to as “Parties”, desiring to conclude a Protocol amending the Agreement between the Govemment of the Republic of Poland and the Govemment of Kingdom of Cambodia on the settlement of the debt of the Kingdom of Cambodia towards the Republic of Poland, signed in Phnom Penh on May 30,2013 (hereinafter referred to as “The Agreement”).
Have agreed as follows:
ARTICLE 1
Article 5 of the Agreement shall be modified to read as follows:
“1. The Restoration works stipulated in Article 4, point 1 shall be carried out during the period 2014-2016 by the specialized Polish companies.
2. The Ministry of the Royal Pałace of the Kingdom of Cambodia will be the executing agenc> ofthe project. The executing agency, no later than August 31, 2014, shall sign with the Polish specialized company or companies the separate contract regarding scope of the works, terms of deliveries of goods and services and the Schedule of payments."
ARTICLE 2
The Protocol enters into force on the datę of signing and shall remain in force until the Parties fulfill all their obligations stipulated in this Protocol.
Other provisions of the Agreement remain unchanged.
Signed in NOft... on r?rfi. .!*. in two originals, being eąually authentic, each
in the Polish, Khmer and English languages.
In the event of any discrepancies in interpretation of this Protocol, the English text shall prevail.
